Together, we will review your results to identify potential contributors to your health challenges and create a personalized path forward for weight optimization, hormone balance, and overall wellness.

THE PROCESS

Complete Your Health Intake: Create your secure Practice Better account and fill out your initial health history and symptom intake forms.

Complete Your Labs: Receive your lab requisition via email or portal (within 24 hours), print it, and visit LabCorp for your blood draw. (Fasting for 8 hours is recommended for optimal accuracy.)

Meet With Your Nurse Practitioner: Once results return (typically 7–10 days), receive your invitation to schedule your virtual consultation inside Practice Better.

Review and Understand Your Results: Walk through your lab findings and health history together to gain a complete picture of your current state.

Build Your Personalized Plan: Collaborate on an actionable strategy designed specifically for your goals.
