Basix Health & Wellness operates on a cash-based model, which means we do not accept health insurance. This allows us to provide transparent pricing and personalized care without the constraints of insurance policies. We do accept HSA and FSA payment. At time of package purchase, there are also options for payment plans through Klarna, Afterpay, etc.
At Basix, we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Our Core Analysis lab panel is designed to evaluate metabolism, hormones, inflammation, nutrient status, and overall body function—the key drivers behind weight, energy, mood, and long-term health.
Included labs:
- **Complete Blood Count (CBC) with Differential**: Identifies anemia, immune activity, and inflammation.
- **Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)**: Provides insights into blood sugar, liver, kidney, and metabolic health.
- **Magnesium**: Supports sleep, muscle function, and stress response.
- **Hemoglobin A1C**: Detects prediabetes, diabetes, and insulin resistance.
- **Fasting Insulin**: Identifies early insulin resistance.
- **Lipid Panel**: Assesses cardiovascular and metabolic health.
- **High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP)**: Measures inflammation levels.
- **Thyroid Function (TSH, Free T4 & Free T3)**: Evaluates thyroid health and metabolism.
- **Hormone Optimization Panel (Testosterone, Estradiol, SHBG, DHEA-S, FSH & LH)**: Supports energy, mood, and hormone balance.
- **Nutrient & Iron Status (Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Iron Panel)**: Critical for energy, immune health, and metabolic function.
These labs guide treatment by identifying root causes, personalizing medications, and optimizing your plan for sustainable results. For best accuracy, fasting for 8–12 hours is required before labs. Labs are repeated periodically to monitor progress and maintain health.
