All services are cash-pay only and payment is required prior to services. We do not bill insurance.

 

All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

 

Medication costs may not be refundable once ordered.

Missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Rescheduling should be done through the patient portal.

Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older.
