Basix Maintenance Membership $89/month Designed for patients whose hormone and wellness treatment plan is stable and optimized, or for patients transferring their care to Basix on an established regimen. Whether you've completed the Basix Optimization Program or are transferring from another provider, our Maintenance Membership provides ongoing medical oversight to help you safely maintain your results and continue feeling your best. What's Included: *Follow-up appointments every 3–6 months, as clinically indicated *Routine maintenance laboratory testing ordered as part of your treatment plan (typically every 3–6 months) *Comprehensive laboratory review with personalized recommendations * Prescription management and renewals * Secure patient messaging for brief clinical questions and refill requests * Ongoing monitoring to ensure your treatment remains safe and effective **Routine maintenance laboratory panels are included when ordered as part of your scheduled maintenance care. Additional laboratory testing, specialty testing, or diagnostic studies outside the standard maintenance protocol may require additional charges.** What's Not Included: * Medication costs * Initial consultation or Basix Optimization Program * Imaging or diagnostic testing outside routine maintenance * Additional visits for new medical concerns or significant medication adjustments Who Is Eligible? The Basix Maintenance Membership is intended for patients with a stable treatment plan. You may qualify if you: * Have completed the Basix Optimization Program * Are transferring care from another provider with an established and stable treatment regimen * Have had no hormone or thyroid medication dose adjustments for at least 3 months * Are clinically stable and determined by your provider to be appropriate for maintenance care Patients transferring to Basix may be asked to provide recent medical records and laboratory results. If significant medication adjustments become necessary, you may temporarily transition back to the Basix Optimization Program until your treatment plan is stabilized. Prefer Pay-As-You-Go? Patients who choose not to enroll in the Maintenance Membership may continue care on a fee-for-service basis.
