Create Your Patient Portal After booking, you will receive an email invitation to set up your Practice Better account. Please activate your account—this secure portal is where you will communicate with your provider and manage your care. 3. Complete Required Forms & Receive Lab Order You will be sent intake and consent forms through the portal. Once completed, your lab requisition will be emailed to you. 4. Complete Your Lab Testing Print your lab requisition and complete your laboratory testing at your convenience. Lab results typically take 7–10 days to be finalized. 5. Schedule & Attend Your Basix Health Assessment Visit Once your results are ready, you will receive an invitation to schedule your follow-up appointment. During this visit, your provider will review your results and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals.
